Fantastic experience at Outdoor Warehouse Supply. I ordered several large deliveries of rock over several weeks. The employees were super helpful at the store and the delivery men couldn't have done better. Everyone was friendly and did everything they could to make me happy. I had a great experience with Outdoor Warehouse Supply. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. They helped me choose the right materials for my project and provided helpful advice throughout the process. The selection was excellent, the prices were fair, and the customer service was outstanding. It’s refreshing to work with people who genuinely know their products and care about helping customers succeed. I highly recommend them for any landscaping or outdoor project.

**EDIT** Since making this review, both the company and their supplier reached out with what seemed to be genuine surprise and concern about product quality, and a desire to try to fix the situation as much as possible. For at least the concern and diligence in addressing it, I’m changing my review from 1 star to 2. However, the issues with the soil remain, and will need to be corrected with a LOT of amendments. **END EDIT** The staff are nice enough and I didn’t have any issues with the delivery. That’s where the positives end. This is a lengthy review, so here’s the tl:dr version: their “enriched” topsoil is almost nothing but sand and wood chips that sap up what little nutrients might have made it in the “soil.” Here’s the full version: I ordered 14 cubic yards of enriched topsoil for my dream gardening project, where I was going to be using the soil for raised beds. The website (shown in the pics) advertises that the soil is a combination of “chocolate loan and mulch fines” and the representative told me over the phone that the soil was a 50/50 mix of topsoil and compost, which was exactly what I needed for my garden beds. I owed Alec this long-overdue review. We needed two types of ground covering for our landscaping project two years ago. When we visited OWS, there were so many options to choose from. Alec was kind enough to offer us samples to take home, which helped us tremendously in making our decisions. The ordering and pickup process went smoothly, prices reasonable. Fast forward to today. I went back to purchase more mountain berry pebbles. Alec was just as friendly as ever. Whether it's a big or small order, I had always received excellent and efficient service from OWS. Shout-out to Jarrod for helping me load the pebbles. Thank you. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again. Highly recommend.
